How to use the Solar Eclipse Reiki Energy to help Heal, Cleanse and Manifest

Solar eclipse healing is a concept rooted in various spiritual and alternative healing practices. It’s based on the belief that solar eclipses, which occur when the moon passes between the Earth and the sun, have potent energetic effects that can influence personal growth, transformation, and healing.

Some practitioners believe that the energy of a solar eclipse can amplify intentions, facilitate inner reflection, and support individuals in releasing old patterns or blockages that no longer serve them. It’s often seen as a powerful time for setting intentions, manifesting goals, and engaging in practices such as meditation, energy work, or rituals aimed at personal transformation.

Like many practices in the realm of spirituality and alternative healing, solar eclipse healing is subjective and varies widely depending on individual beliefs and practices. Some people may find it to be a meaningful and transformative experience, while others may not resonate with it at all. As with any spiritual practice, it’s essential to approach it with an open mind and discernment, finding what resonates with you personally.

Using Reiki energy during a solar eclipse can be a powerful way to facilitate healing, cleansing, and manifestation. Here’s how you can incorporate Reiki into your practice during a solar eclipse:

1. Prepare Yourself and Your Space: Begin by preparing yourself and your healing space for the Reiki session. Take a few moments to center yourself through deep breathing or meditation. Cleanse your space with sage, palo santo, or other cleansing herbs to clear any negative energy and create a peaceful atmosphere.

2. Set Your Intentions: Clearly state your intentions for healing, cleansing, and manifestation during the solar eclipse. Write them down or speak them aloud, focusing on what you wish to release or manifest in your life. Ensure that your intentions are positive, specific, and aligned with your highest good.

3. Connect with Reiki Energy: Invoke the Reiki energy by drawing the Reiki symbols (if you’re attuned to them) or simply intending to connect with the universal life force energy. Visualize or feel this healing energy flowing through you, filling your entire being with love, light, and healing.

4. Perform Self-Reiki or Offer Reiki to Others: If you’re a Reiki practitioner, you can perform self-Reiki by placing your hands on different parts of your body or by using the distant healing technique to send Reiki energy to yourself. Alternatively, you can offer Reiki to others, either in person or through distance healing, with their consent.

5. Focus on Healing, Cleansing, and Manifestation: As you channel Reiki energy, focus on healing any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual imbalances within yourself or others. Visualize the Reiki energy dissolving blockages, releasing stagnant energy, and promoting balance and harmony. Use Reiki symbols like the Power Symbol (Cho Ku Rei) to amplify the energy and the Mental/Emotional Symbol (Sei He Ki) to clear emotional patterns.

6. Manifestation Visualization: During the Reiki session, incorporate visualization techniques to manifest your intentions. Visualize yourself already experiencing the desired outcome, feeling the emotions associated with it, and expressing gratitude for its manifestation. Use the Distance Symbol (Hon Sha Ze Sho Nen) to send Reiki energy to your intentions and amplify their manifestation.

7. Closing and Gratitude: Once you’ve completed the Reiki session, express gratitude for the healing, cleansing, and manifestation energy received during the solar eclipse. Close the session by grounding yourself, drinking water, and taking time to integrate the healing energy.

Remember that Reiki is a gentle and loving energy that works in alignment with your highest good. Trust in the process, remain open to receiving the healing energy of the solar eclipse, and allow yourself to be guided by the wisdom of Reiki.

Thank you for reading and hope you enjoy the eclipse!
