Reiki/Energy-work: a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Similar to Swedish: Light touch, long strokes, light to medium pressure.

Deep Energy: medium to hard pressure, working on knots and kinks built up through stress, working out, and or life in general.

Sports Energy: medium to hard pressure, this is like deep tissue with more stretching and focus on areas of need.
