Dr. Joel Wallach, a veterinarian and naturopathic physician, is renowned for his advocacy of nutritional supplementation to address various health concerns, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He posits that ADHD symptoms can be mitigated through targeted nutritional strategies, emphasizing the role of essential nutrients in brain health.PMC
🧠 Dr. Wallach’s Perspective on ADHD
Dr. Wallach suggests that ADHD is not solely a neurological disorder but may also be linked to nutritional deficiencies. He believes that inadequate intake of certain vitamins and minerals can impair brain function, leading to symptoms associated with ADHD. By addressing these deficiencies, he contends that individuals may experience improvements in focus, behavior, and overall cognitive function.

1. Healthy Brain and Heart Pak 2.0
A comprehensive supplement designed to support brain and cardiovascular health, providing a blend of essential nutrients.
2. Kids Toddy
A liquid multivitamin formulated for children, supplying essential vitamins and minerals to support growth and cognitive development. It can be hard to get kids to take vitamins. And if you have been looking for a multivitamin for your child that isn’t a huge, hard-to-swallow pill? This nutritious blend of vitamins, minerals, and other plant-derived nutrients comes in a yummy liquid concentrate form, perfect for pairing with your kid’s morning juice! Made with 14 essential vitamins, 10 minerals, and an added boost of phytonutrients, this dietary supplement is designed to support your child’s development from their first year all the way through their early teen years.
This is a great way for your children to get their vitamins especially the ones who struggle with ADHD but keep in mind this does not completely replace bad nutritional habits. You still need to focus on good, clean nutrition, and make sure your kids are getting plenty of playtime and good sleep. You cannot give your kid a bag of skittles and then expect them to be calm and focus.
If you would like me to go more in detail on natural nutrition to help with children with ADHD, I would be happy to share that in another blog post. Let me know in the comments below, and I would be happy to share.

6. Rise and Restore
Last but not least, one of our favorite supplements is the Rise and Restore. My husband for as long as I can remember has always struggled with ADHD. I had found over the years by maintaining a clean healthy diet it did help him focus a little bit but he still was not at the top of his potential. I knew he had the ability of doing certain tasks when he had moments of clarity but they would be short lived and he would end up back struggling to focus the next day.
This was very difficult because we run multiple businesses together and there would be times I would have to do tasks with him or have to always check in to make sure things were getting finished. Which put a lot of stress on building a business as well as our relationship.
We have been using supplements from this company going on 7 years now but just this year discovered the Rise and Restore. It was recommended to us by another friend who also struggles with ADHD so we decided to try it. I don’t mean to sound dramatic or like I’m exaggerating but in one day he completed more tasks then he has in the past 6 months. (really wish we had that when I needed my new sink put in).
I was still a little skeptical so I waited to see how he would do for the next few weeks. But every day he would come home and tell me about all the things he got done each day and I was very impressed. To test how well it worked further he had run out for a few days and it was right back to how he would normally function. Walking into a room not remembering what he was there for, not remembering tasks, forgetting to follow up with emails or calls, and so on. But once back on the Rise and Restore he was back to bringing his A game and all those things he struggled with getting done over the past couple of days he finished in less then a day.
So yeah the stuff does work!
I think it’s underestimated how hard it is for people with ADHD to function. I would actually get extremely frustrated with my husband some days because I know he doesn’t mean it but at the same time when I’ve asked for the third time for him to do something, but he just keeps forgetting it’s very stressful for both parties. And I’m not talking about taking the garbage out, I mean following up with clients, did we send out that email and etc.
I know I’ve done a lot of talking on this supplement but I thought it would also be helpful for you to hear from him yourself so here is a short video of my husband, Jeff Gamble talking about just how much this has helped him.

- Individual Needs Vary: Nutritional requirements can differ based on age, health status, and other factors. Personalized guidance is crucial.
- Supplement Quality: Ensure that any supplements used are of high quality and sourced from reputable manufacturers.
