Move from relaxation into restful sleep with a simple spray for misting your pillow, not to mention your sheets and even the air in your bedroom.
Use the oils listed here, or choose another one that encourages peace and tranquillity such as bergamot, geranium, lemon, vanilla, or ylang-ylang.
You will need:
3 ounces water
2 drops chamomile essential oil
2 drops lavender essential oil
1 drop orange essential oil
1. Add the water and chamomile, lavender, and orange essential oils to a glass or metal spray bottle, and shake well.
2. Use the spray to spritz pillows and the area around the bed.
Avoid spicy or minty fragrances that stimulate energy.
Such as: Cinnamon, clove, peppermint, and spearmint.
