One of the goals I had with creating these recipes is I wanted them to be fast easy and delicious!
Many people struggle to lose weight and if you have kids or a busy work schedule I wanted this to be something for everyone. And I will be completely transparent with you, I don’t have kids however I do run three different businesses which includes our Holistic Health business, Real Estate and our coaching company My Leadership Network. My partner Jeff and I started this adventure together which helps with the meal planning when both people in the household are on the same program. And he has no complaints because every day he’s excited to see what I’ve made.
I’m also trying to keep in mind households with children because even though I don’t have them, I know some of you do and it could be hard to make two different meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. So if you could provide me any feedback it would be much appreciated that way I could be a better service on my end. And if you have any recipe recommendations I would be happy to take a look at those as well.
A common question I have received from people is how am I finding these recipes?
And the best way to answer that is Pinterest…
And before you go searching for your Pinterest board I’m gonna let you know right now that there are no recipes for the carnivore diet as of yet other than what I have put out there. But what I have done is I’ve looked through recipes online and modified the recipes to fit the qualifications of the carnivore diet. I’ve been cooking since I was five years old so it was very easy for me to modify and substitute some recipes to make it into what I needed it to be. However I have found many people do not know how to cook the way I was taught and most people need an exact recipe of what to follow.
Which is why I created this channel!
Now that we got our introduction out of the way, LETS START COOKING!
